I'm Makaylee Secrest, a director, arts administrator, and actress born and based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 

I've always been a curious analyser of the people, behaviors, and stories around me. I started working in theatre at a young age and quickly became fascinated by the cathartic and healing nature of collective storytelling. I hope to share stories that bring communities together and spark challenging dialogues about our world. In my free time, I enjoy collaging, live music, film photography, traveling, and conversation.
